Plant a sustainable vegetable garden in the local community- generally at a school, orphanage or child-headed family. We plant their first crop of cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, maize, and peppers, and often leave them with seeds for their first harvest.
We encourage nutrition through these vegetable gardens, and the concept with a sustainable vegetable garden is that if some / half of the crop is sold - then more seeds can be planted, ensuring the next harvest. These healthy veggies are a good supplement to the normal diet of "pap".
* the price includes fertilizer ( and is for a small family-sized garden)
